This application is scheduled to be shown publicly for the first time at CB2‚Ä≤s Landmarks & Public Aesthetics Committee public hearing. Public attendance and comments are welcome (note: this will be the first opportunity for the public to comment on this application).

On the Friday afternoon before the hearing, please check the LPC public calendar on the right-hand side of their website for the approximate hearing time (we recommend that you arrive 30 minutes prior). Note that items can sometimes be postponed (laid over) to a future date. At this hearing, the Commission will officially vote to approve or deny the application, or ask that the applicant return at a later date with revisions. Public attendance and testimony are welcome (note: this will most likely be the last opportunity for public comment on this application).

Latest NewsJune 12, 2013: This application was approved at yesterday’s public meeting, and is now closed.

June 7, 2013: This application will be presented at the LPC public meeting on June 11th. The public can listen to the presentation, but cannot comment at this time.

August 7, 2012: This application was heard at the LPC today, and the commissioners took a vote of no action. They asked that the applicant return at a future public meeting, date TBD, with revisions.

July 24, 2012: This application is scheduled to be heard at the CB2 hearing on July 30th. Public testimony welcome at that time.

June 15, 2012: This application has been laid over at the LPC. Future hearing date TBD.

June 13, 2012: The applicant for this application did not attend Community Board 2’s hearing on June 11th. According to the LPC, this application will still be presented at next Tuesday’s June 19th public hearing. Public testimony is welcome at that time. If you would like to see the application beforehand, you can go to the materials viewing this Friday at the LPC between 10am and 2pm. They are located at 1 Centre Street, 9th Floor.

May 16, 2012: The applicant for this application did not attend Community Board 2’s hearing on May 14th. Because of this, it is assumed that their public hearing date has been laid over at the Landmarks Preservation Commission. We are awaiting confirmation.

May 9, 2012: This application is scheduled to be heard for the first time at Community Board 2 on May 14th. Public testimony welcome.
