As of:

  • 3/11/14: Revised application approved at today’s public meeting, and is now closed. The applicant made the planting strip at the rear of the yard six feet wide, as requested by the commissioners at the 3/4 public hearing. Changes to the rear elevation also resulted in a design that the commissioners felt was more appropriate (which included a window that mimics the artist studio windows seen throughout the Village).
  • 3/7/14: Application scheduled for a 3/11 LPC public meeting.
  • 3/4/14: At today’s LPC hearing, the commissioners did not vote on this application. They wanted to see 6‚Ä≤ of planting strip at the rear of the yard instead of the proposed 5‚Ä≤ and they want to see a design for the rear elevation that better corresponds with the rest of the row. The applicant will work on revisions and will present again at a future public meeting, date/time TBD. The public cannot testify at that meeting, but you are welcome to attend.
