As of 10/8/12: This application has been scheduled for a public hearing on Tuesday, October 9th. Testimony is welcome at that time.

Public attendance and testimony are welcome (note: this will be the first opportunity for the public to comment on this application).

3) Attend and speak at the Landmarks Preservation Commission (LPC) public hearing
When: Tuesday, October 9th, 2012 at time TBD**
Where: 1 Centre Street, 9th Floor, public hearing room

**Please check the Commission’s agenda the Friday afternoon before the public hearing to see the approximate time that this application is scheduled to be heard.** At this hearing, the Commission will officially vote to approve or deny the application, or ask that the applicant return at a later date with revisions. Public attendance and testimony are welcome (note: this will most likely be the last opportunity for public comment on this application).
