This application is scheduled to be shown publicly for the first time at CB2’s Landmarks & Public Aesthetics Committee public hearing. Public attendance and comments are welcome (note: this will be the first opportunity for the public to comment on this application).

  • 2/12/13: Application approved with modifications at today’s LPC public meeting. The proposal was for work on a secondary facade and no great historic material would be lost.
  • 2/8/13: Scheduled for LPC public meeting on 2/12.
  • 2/5/13: At today’s hearing, LPC staff announced that this application would be heard next week, February 12th. We will confirm this date when the agenda is released on Friday the 8th.
  • 1/18/13: LPC hearing rescheduled for 2/5.
