A garage building built in 1923. Application is to enlarge an existing rooftop addition.

Status:
A public hearing on this application was held at the Landmarks Preservation Commission on Tuesday, April 6th. The application was approved.

The applicant proposed changes to the building’s rooftop that would be visible from the Jane street side of the building. The proposal involved:

1) Raising the height of the existing rooftop storage shed behind the eastern tall decorative parapet (this would make shed the visible from the street)

2) Constructing a new private stair bulkhead

3) Constructing a metal railing
