As of:
- 7/7/15: Application approved with modifications at today’s LPC hearing, and is now closed. The commissioners asked that the applicant change the proposed paint color of the storefront, either by going with a more subdued palette or exposed brick. They also felt that the lighting was excessive and could be placed on every second pier rather than every pier.
