03/06/2018: At today’s public meeting, the LPC approved this application.

01/23/2018: At today’s public hearing nine of the eleven commissioners were in attendance and ther wre split on whether or not to require that the owners replace the missing abbreviated cornice inkind. It was decided that this would be considered at a future public meeting when more of the commissioners may be in attendance.
