(Amendment scheduled for 3/13/12 public meeting) Application is to amend Certificate of Appropriateness 12-3723 to install glass railings at the roof.

The amendment to this application was approved by the LPC at the March 13, 2012 public meeting.

Status as of March 9, 2012:
The original application was approved on February 15, 2011, but an application to amend the approved application is scheduled for a public meeting at the LPC on Tuesday, March 13th. The amendment would be to install glass railings at the roof.

Status as of February 15th, 2011:
At the Landmarks Preservation Commission’s public hearing on February 15th, the Commission voted to approve the application.

At the public hearing of Community Board 2’s Landmarks & Public Aesthetics Committee on February 7th, the applicant presented for the first time publicly the application that will be heard at the Landmarks Preservation Commission on February 15th. Photos of the application are below:
