LATEST NEWS As of 4/24/12: This application was approved with modifications at the April 24th LPC public hearing. The commission approved the addition to the westernmost side of the roof, but felt that the addition on the easternmost side (facing the Bowery) was unnecessary and suggested the applicant work with staff to modify this portion of the application. This application is now closed.

As of 4/18/12: This application was heard at CB2 on April 16th. It is scheduled to be heard next at the LPC on April 24th. Public testimony welcome.

As of 04/10/12: This application is scheduled to be heard at Community Board 2 on April 16th. Public testimony welcome.

When: Tuesday, April 24th, 2012**
Where: 1 Centre Street, 9th Floor, public hearing room

**Please check the Commission’s agenda the Friday afternoon before the public hearing to see the approximate time that this application is scheduled to be heard.** At this hearing, the Commission will officially vote to approve or deny the application, or ask that the applicant return at a later date with revisions. Public attendance and testimony are welcome (note: this will most likely be the last opportunity for public comment on this application).
